Thomas Frontini, a Cleveland artist, is recognized for his superior painting ability as well as his subliminal depiction of contemporary issues. He is a recipient of many awards, including the OWS (Ohio Watercolor Society) Award of Excellence and received Special Recognition in Painting from the Cleveland Museum of Art, May Show 1990.
