2. You are a US citizen
3. You will be a resident of Ohio for at least 30 days by November 4th

EARLY VOTING in Ohio starts September 30, and you can vote by mail from then until election day in Ohio, which falls on Tuesday, November 4th.
The last day to register in Ohio is Monday, October 6th.
If you have any questions or would like to learn more about voter registration or early voting, you can contact Cuyahoga County Board of Elections Voter Support at 443-3298. For additional forms call 443-6424 or 443-6420, or stop by your local library.

Very scared

What assurances do we have that our vote actually counts?

So far, Cuyahoga County's Board of Elections has done nothing to convince me that they are making their best effort to get citizens registered and to keep the public informed of their voting options.  I can cite my own experience.  I had a promise that a BOE official would visit my work place by the end of last week to provide the updated registration forms and procedural information.

It never happened.
