 Frank owes $36.45. Back taxes that they foreclosed on for a whopping $184 were paid but foreclosure proceeds onward. 

The huge, overpriced demo fees are on the next parcel. They have suddenly dropped Giglio from the payment plan, which he had paid faithfully.

I am working on a motion to dismiss this case and it should be filed next week.   I am waiting on a copy of Frank's receipt which shows he paid and the treasurer's office accepted the payment.  Frank also needs to sign the motion that I have already prepared.

In order to video tape the proceeding, a form must be filled out and the court considers it prior to the hearing.  I am not sure if it has to be someone with actual media credentials.

I called about this last week and tried to convince them to drop the additional court fees that they tacked in since it was their 'error.'  However, they refused to waive the costs.

The $36.45 is for the second half of the year.  He is current with his taxes.

It is a shame that these sick assholes have such a desire to totally screw someone like Frank over.  Most people with common sense and just a little decency know that some people are 'special' and should be treated differently than others.  Just like we are supposed to do for our elders.

Apparently, they are a more than a little hard headed and did not learn basic human decency skills  from their parents.  Or perhaps they did and the greed and corruption have gone to their heads.

As a former employee of Cleveland Housing Court I have personally witnessed the inhumane treatment of Frank Giglio inflicted upon him from numerous people.

My nearly 11 years working at the court has given me valuable insight to the social injustices that have repeatedly occurred not just to Giglio but many others.

This will be the FINAL warning that I am going to give to these people to back off.

As I said before, I know what you do not think that I know.  I expect this to be taken care of and case dismissed on Frank's court date.  You Tremont people are NOT taking his land.

I am working on something that will have this entire city talking for months if you do not back off.  I have so much to put together that it will take me close to the date of Frank's courtdate just to finish.  And that is working a couple hours a night for several weeks already.

One of our glorious elected officials needs to take some time out from ripping and stealing and straighten this out.

I suggest that one of our glorious leaders call me at (216) 386-6546 to straighten this out.

What they have been receiving so far is light spankings.  They are going to get a good old fashioned ass kicking that will make then think twice when they try to pull this shit on other helpless people.

(A) For purposes of these rules, the term “media” shall be understood to

encompass representatives from any print or broadcast media.

(B) Superintendence Rule 12 shall govern the presence of the media at

hearings. Matters not covered by said rule shall be governed by the jurist

assigned to the case.

(C) Hearings that are governed by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure or the

Ohio Rules of Criminal Procedure shall be open to the public, subject to

closure by the Court. Hearings governed by the Ohio Rules of Juvenile

Procedure are neither presumptively open nor presumptively closed to the

public and the media.

(D) Written requests to permit the presence of the public or the media shall be

made by the person or media representative seeking to be present prior to

the scheduling of the hearing, except with leave of Court. The request

shall specify the case, date, the name, address and phone number of the

person or media company seeking to be present along with the number of

persons and type of equipment expected to be brought into the courtroom.

The Court may direct the Clerk of Court to serve notice of the request to

the appropriate persons.

(E) Members of the media or public shall not be permitted to enter the jurist’s

chambers or accesses without judicial approval.

Audio equipment shall be so controlled that it will not pick up conferences

or conversation between counsel and client, and between the jurist and

counsel at the bench.

(G) The Court shall inform victims and witnesses of their right to object to

being filmed, videotaped, recorded or photographed. Upon objection, the

witness or victim shall not be recorded.

(H) Permission of the public or media to be present may be revoked by th

Court upon a failure to comply with the orders or directions of the Court.

For those who might be interested - the TWDC Housing Committee is scheduled to meet on Thursday, March 11, 2010, at 6:00PM. 

This might be a place to show up with recording equipment in hand and pose some pertinent inquires into the possible future plans for Frank's property before the hearing.

Just a thought - it is open to the public.
