Fixing the brick façade on the historic Schofield Building (opened in 1902) at the S.W. corner of Euclid & East 9th Street in Downtown Cleveland, Ohio.
 
The 14-story historic building is being converted in to an apartment/hotel complex.
 
The historic building was designed by Levi Schofield -- one of Cleveland's prominent architects of his time -- who also designed the Soldiers' snd Sailors' Monument in Public Square. The monument opened on July 4, 1894. Public Square is currently under going reconstruction as a $50 million projec which is scheduled for completion in time for the Republlican Convention in 2016. The project has been mired in corruption and has been nicknamed the Jimmy Dimora Square.

5. The 21-story Huntington Bank Building – opened in 1924. 
6. The 14-story Schofield Building (opened in 1902) is currently under renovation as a hotel/apartment complex and is scheduled to open in 2016.
