"IF IT AIN'T BROKE YET, MAKE IT BETTER" sam has a record - "nor was it Sam's records. Councilman Cimperman apologized "Submitted by Quest-News-Serv... on Sun, 08/30/2009 - 15:44.
at least do we all agree "alias sam" "YASSER A JAWHARI" has a criminal record - (see previous posts)so we can move on - so we can work togeather to make tremont "better"- "to error is human to for give is divine" - "society sets up the crime - the citizen commits it"- chinese proverb - if sam or employes aren't using or selling illegal drugs and or the gas station isn't being used as a confidential informants or goverment agents (which makes the surrounding citizens at risk and the c.i.a or agents above the law at times) and if sam isn't ripping customers off with bad repairs and over charging them - and if sam stops charging $ 1.00 for air - (thats an omen) -and a little known fact - sam attempted have the browns market "beer and wine permitt" transfered to the gas station - no doubt sam does good - the question is "does sam do more good than harm" - " every act has good and evil - the best we can do is fall on the side of good' -lets work to get sams some funding to do alternative fuels and electric etc. - solar - retrofit cars_________________________________________________________________________ "nor was it Sam's records. Councilman Cimperman apologized to Sam in front of all of us that someone did such a distasteful thing.""IF IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT." - FAIRFIELD GAS AND AUTOSubmitted by jerleen1 on August 28, 2009 - 6:19pm.
In a small conference room off the back aisle of Room 220, at Cleveland City Hall, City Council, owner of Gillota Fuels, Inc., John Gillotta, Sr., said it best, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." Those in attendance of today's gathering were Councilman Joe Cimperman, Chuck, Rep. and Permit Manager of Gillota Fuels, Inc., John L. Gillota, Sr., John Gillota, Jr., Sam Jawhari, leasee of Fairfield Gas and Auto, TWDC's Executive Director Chirs Garland, SII Development Director/Project Manager Sammy Catania and myself. To make a short story shorter, it was agreed by Councilman Joe Cimperman that if they built an enclosure around the dumpster, he would appear at the Board of Zoning Appeals and support the requested variance. There will be no other changes to the 70 year old plus gas station/garage on Fairfield. Sammy only lost his cool and yelled at me once today. All red faced he screamed for me to stay out of this. We all know how that went. There still seems to be some question as to why this gas station ended up in front of BOZA to begin with since it surely should have been grandfathered in. I want to thank everyone who stood up for Sam. I do believe that we can consider this a win. As I came home and drove down Professor, I saw Sam out riding a bicycle and he was smiling as he threw up his hand, waved and yelled, "thank you, thank you." One additional comment, the criminal records posted with the last name Jawhari, were and are no relation to Sam. These were not Sam's family nor was it Sam's records. Councilman Cimperman apologized to Sam in front of all of us that someone did such a distasteful thing. _______________________________________________________________________ ANTI-SPECIESISM

guy tell
Guy tell me how you know that this record belong to Sam at the gas station? I am curious since you reposted with the home address and date of birth. Do you know if he lives there and do you know Sam at the gas stations date of birth? The best way to lay it to rest is to say how you know that it is him or admit that you were mistaken.
Guy, regardless, if you were
Guy, regardless, if you were posting this information to warn us about a serial killer, a child molester, a ax-murderer or a rapists, that would be one thing - but clearly this was not posted as a warning -
Let's give you a point and say you are right - do you stop to think about the harm you might do to somebody that may be innocent - what about their children, what about their families - and not everybody that pleas guilty to a crime is a bad person. Sometimes things happen and to get past the situation they accept the best deal they can get.
My record got posted out there and I am not a bad person. I made a mistake - a serious mistake - there were mitigating circumstances that I could not prove - and I needed to deal with the situation - but I so regret my involvement - how many years are people like you and the holier than thou Colleen Reali going to slap me around for it?
I'm here to tell you post mine out there, the world knows, I screwed up - get over it. I have to deal with it , not you and not Colleen Reali. i just happen to be one of those people that is not going to let anyone keep kicking me for making my mistakes.
If it's true, You brought it to everybody's attention - it's done - the fact that nobody is running the other way or leaving town or putting him in front of the firing squad should tell you something. We see the good in Sam, we like having him for a neighbor - we appreciate having him and his business in the community. For those who believe in Sam, we are going to support him and do what we can to help him thrive. - end of story. Those that want to help can and those that don't - don't.
Another thing, our justice system is supposed to be designed to help people get past doing stupid stuff and improve and better their lives when they have done something wrong. Not in Tremont.
I can tell you , I have worked in that field and I would love to share with you some of the stories about some of our distinguished prosecutors. They're human just like everybody else.
Shit, look at the number of inspectors, judges and all the city officials being CHARGED, it's white collar crime - nobody is under threat of being harmed physically or kidnapped, or whatever.
Enough said.

thanks guy
Thanks for letting me know the source.
actually guy
You know, telling me that Ms. Reali prosecuted the cases doesn't answer my question. Ms. Reali prosecutes a lot of cases. However, you are the one that determined that Sam of the gas station and Sam that was prosecuted are the same. Instead of giving me someone's phone number, please tell me how you arrived at the determination that you posted. Thanks.
