Jeff Schuler must have tweaked RealNEO's Drupal platform somehow, because this is the first time I have been able to post to my blog on RealNEO using Windows Live Writer (shall we call this "WLW"?). WLW is available at no charge and makes cross-posting to various blogs with varied readership possible. This post, for instance, because it's instructive, will be posted over at Tim Ferris, at ACT III, at Save Our Land, and at Brooklyn Centre National Wildlife Community.

Sure thing. I'm glad to know it's working properly, (though it looks like the post was duplicated when you edited it -- I've removed the extra.)

Ease of cross-posting can save a lot of time and energy.

Comments are another story, and I won't be cross-posting this everywhere you blogged. I hope this one serves as a response to your other posts too ;)

I also have a hard time when there's an event I want to add to Upcoming, GCBL, REALNEO... Not just a blog post; different event data formats ~ not all compatible.

Microformats are supposed to be part of the solution to this, but they haven't caught quite enough traction yet.
