Park the Homeless out-of-sight-o-meter

Here is one of the Out of Sight Out of Mind Parking meters recently (finally) [1] installed in downtown Cleveland, Ohio - just in time for XMAS. 

This one is right next to Wahoo Field.

These bright yellow Icons give Downtown Cleveland a clean, friendly feeling, don't they?
