Scientists detect seismic signals from tornado

"The seismograms show a strong, low-frequency pulse beginning around 4:45 a.m. on Feb. 29. Our preliminary interpretation, based on other seismic records of tornadoes, suggests that we were recording not the tornado itself, but a large atmospheric pressure transient related to the large thunderstorms that spawned the tornadoes."The seismographs that detected the pulse are near Harrisburg, Ill., a town of 9,000 where a pre-dawn twister caused extensive damage, killed six people and injured about 100 more.

earthquake (alert) going to happen in cleveland ohio or close ? - do you have earthquake insurance ? - (we know now tornadoes)

a few minutes ago about 7:20 pm on saturday feb. 25, 2012 i heard a tone sound in my right ear like when a hearing test the different frequencys and i have had this many times before over the years (and other things) and this happens before a earthquake usally in the cleveland ohio and or close by like the 4.3 earthquake that hit illinois midwest on feb. 21, - that sound in my right ear was of a higher frequency ( about 24 hours before the earthquake) then just a few minutes ago - there are many other indicators that our body etc. have of potential earthquakes and other disasters that we all have so lets see - and sophia honey yoga my great canine partner went to the back door by the refrigerator kitchen  sink to let me know this is a safe place to be as sophia did when the 4.3 earthquake happen and others - so lets see hear what happens - sophia  guy
