[1]CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - The Cleveland Division of Police Narcotics Unit arrested four suspects during two separate warrant executions Friday.According to Cleveland Police, crews executed the county search warrants at 1116 Rowley Avenue and 1250 Riverbed.Police arrested James Taylor, 37, of Cleveland from the Rowley Avenue location. The remaining three suspects, Jennifer Chappell, 37, James Morgan, 42, and Mark Devinney, 41, were arrested at the Riverbed location.All four individuals were arrested for Violation of State Drug Law and are currently being held in Cleveland's Central Prison Unit awaiting charges.
The warrants were executed with the assistance of the Ohio State Patrol SWAT Unit, Cleveland Division of Fire and the Division of Police Bomb Squad.
