Port Authority owned MedCon hotel will fare worse than the Port Authority owned University Square parking garage

On left is empty JoAnn Fabrics store.   Store at far end of deck (behind 5B light post)  has never been rented.  

I have never seen parking structure more than 10% occupied.   The Port Authority owns the 40.5 million dollar parking structure. That means the County taxpayer owns the parking structure.   

Will the Port Authority owned MedCon hotel be as much of a loser? or more of a loser?
