Published on Jun 29, 2016 The Cleveland Police Department has been claiming they'll have at least 1000 officers on the ground for the upcoming RNC. Their plan includes recruiting officers from around the country to come help. But as the convention draws near, more and more police departments are refusing to send their officers to pitch in.
