Keynote Speaker: Jeff Jones of Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff
LLP.
Mr. Jones is of counsel in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group
and the Private Equity Group. Mr. Jones focuses his practice on
representation of life science and high technology companies in their
growth stage, and works with companies to plan for public and private
equity offerings, licensing and technology transfer transactions and
mergers and acquisitions. He has been involved in planning for growth
companies, helping to position them for various stages of private
financings, strategic partnerships, and acquisitions, and draws heavily
in these activities on his experience as General Counsel of a growth
stage life sciences company.
