A Downtown Casino: Salvation or a Roll of the Dice?

While not the development engine originally anticipated,
casinos around the country do generate public revenues and serve as catalysts
for drawing convention and other tourist business. Ohio State Rep. Chris
Redfern (for) and David Zannoti of the Ohio Roundtable (against) will debate
the pros and cons of establishing a casino in downtown Cleveland. Phillip
Morris of The Plain Dealer will serve as moderator.
