When I lived in Tremont, and briefly worked at TWDC (long story), there were several machinations under the radar to create an a la Detroit Greektown [1] around the vicinity of the Annunciation Greek Church. Do I have to name the players? Would it be a surprise for any one in Cleveland to discover a moribund and passe development scheme driving demolition in Cleveland? Cleveland knows how to kill night life. Look at the Warehouse District, the Flats...and soon Tremont. OPA! [2]
