On the rail trail bike path in Slavic Village the bicycle Garden Tour folks passed a crew of four installing a new mural.
If you do it in the daylight it is art?
But if you do it in the dark it is graffiti?
Or is it the funding source?
No slight intended to this very vibrant mural or the installation team…
