On my way to hear the amazing Loung Ung [1]at Cleveland Public Library [2], I caught a few minutes of Busker Bradley J [3]. on East Fourth St.
He is scraping by in NEO by playing guitar on the streets. So far, he has eluded the authorities, and he admits he hasn't checked the cost of a busker license.
But, in the meantime, what's wrong with a little street life, when the streets are largely empty???
