And there is one more step… Since no one needs to become an Authorized User to read Realneo, there are only two reasons to attempt to become a Realneo user: 1. You earn your living by planting spam links to commercial crap and intend to rip off Realneo by parasitizing the site. 2. You are passionate about SOMETHING and wish to Comment regarding the journalistic/civic reporting on Realneo, or post your own journalistic/civic reports to the world wide web where Google can index them. Because REALNEO is bombarded with bots and humans seeking to plant spam on Realneo, new registrants seeking to become “Authorized users” must provide the specific comment or content you wish to publish on Realneo. Insert the comment or content into the "personal intersts" block in the new user registration form. If the comment/content is not spam, new registrants will be sent an email notifying them of their Approved User status – then the newly authorized user can log in and post their comment or blog content themselves. If you are a spammer – don’t waste your time. If you are a person who cares about the civic space and believe your viewpoint will provide value if it’s online and searchable by Google – the Realneo audience looks forward to hearing from you.
