Legal Aid Society of Cleveland....needs aid to sustain operations....2012

Cleveland Plain Dealer has an editorial that says "Legal Aid needs a funding lifeline"..... Who will step up and help this very imperative organization that protects the legal rights of the low income families in our community at large? [1]

It's amazing how the demographics of our community show more NEED than can be provided with Legal Assistance----yet how one of the largest industries in NEO-the LEGAL INDUSTRY could allow the LEGAL AID SOCIETY OF CLEVELAND to be neglected...

Can anyone explain why there is money listed on county filings that says LEGAL AID? Is that money dedicated to the LAS? 

So, the call to action requires us to call our congressional reps to support the Legal Aid industry....specifically ours....Shall we begin calling Marcy Kaptur or do we call Dennis Kucinich? 

Another gross social injustice in Cuyahoga County reverts to the fact that the LEGAL INDUSTRY is unaffordable for the demographically disadvantaged and it also uses those same distressed families to earn a living.... surreal.

HOW MUCH MONEY WAS MADE BY CUYAHOGA COUNTY CIVIL COURT IN 2011?
