ALSO NOTE: Cleveland.com "reporter" Michelle Jarboe had information on the TRANSFER more than a full year before she released this article claiming that there were no other interested parties in a tax-cleansed commercial property on a major 24/7 transit and state route (42). Mitchell Paul has predicted that she is courting Forest City to be their in-house media spin-doctor. Would not be surprised if this is true.
