I-Open has brought substance and form and focus to this imperative community-wide dialog. I-Open's workshop demonstrated for me the complexity of the work that we must do as leaders to change our culture, first by looking at the very behavior choices we make that hold us back. Our closed behavior choices instilled in us by our grandparents will not survive in 21st century culture and economy. By recognizing that the assets they left us with are still assets unique to us, we are empowered to take bold steps forward, in open collaborative ways to grow our new economy.
