The dollys which moved the post tensioned concrete bridge were not located at the very ends of the bridge - consequently the dolly's put uplift into the bridge in locations where uplift was not intended. Did this crack the structure?

I didn't even bother getting up to go outside with the dogs, it was so small.

A bit late, but I have been recuperating from wonderful visit from my sister, her husband and grand-daughter, where we ate out and shopped, shopped, shopped, which was what they wanted to do. And I have had a string of chronic migraines.

This issue is the absurdity of absurdities. Let me get this straight: the purpose of the Sin Tax is to gouge those who purchase alcohol and cigarettes not because anyone is trying to discourage consumption but rather so the County can use that money to pay for sports stadiums that do not produce anything but a fleeting moment witnessing the passing of a football, the dribbling of a basketball and the throwing of a baseball so that such a minute tidbit of diversion can be enjoyed by all.
