The Cleveland Tenants Organization, Bridging the Gap and The Homeless Service Agency Network will be hosting the third installment of its Housing 101 program, "Housing Formerly Incarcerated Persons" (FIPs).

This class, following two very successful classes held earlier this year, was created in order to address the difficulty legal professionals, frontline social workers and case mangers experience in finding permanent housing for their formerly incarcerated clients.

While I was sitting behind Food On The Move, at St. Clair and East 140th, where a friend works, I noticed a pear tree in the lot next door, full of rippening pears. While the lot is well tended, and does not appear "vacant", the lone pear tree is the only occupant. And nobody seems to notice it is there, despite its bounty of free food. There are 100s of pears on the tree - in a market, they would be worth $100s. This lot could contain dozens of pear trees - perhaps 100s - producing $10,000s in income for the owners and those who tended them.

I was just reviewing the statistics for REALNEO.US from the past month and was surprised to see the page with the tenth most views was http://realneo.us/forum/incest-porn (now deleted), with 646 page visits, with an average of 2:33 minutes per page visit. The #3 page visited on REALNEO last month was http://realneo.us/forum/rape-porn, with 1072 page visits, with an average of 4:15 minutes per page visit. Incest was posted on July 14th, and peaked in traffic on July 16th. Rape was posted on July 16th, and peaked in traffic on July 18th. Blackheart Cleveland attacked REALNEO with "It's On Bitches", on July 19th, peaking July 20th. One continuum or terror.

Tremont West Development Corp. Director/Board Members/Finance Managers, etc., have been busy at work.  It seems that they have recently been transferring all of their real estate holdings over to 2406 Professor LLC. 

Since I'm not a real estate expert and being a suspicious person by nature, I hear ching, ching, ching with my red flags popping up all over the place.  I have also noticed that even with the stepped up housing code enforcement in this area, those properties are some of the worst looking in the community. 

The folks who plant, water, and weed will offer freshly picked vegetables, herbs, eggs, and flowers every Sunday from 3:00 to 5:00 at the permaculture gardens of Gather 'Round at 3919 Lorain Ave. This will begin Sunday 8/2/09 and will go into September.

I believe the actions of "Blackheart Cleveland" as an association and some "members" individually consititute some variation of Cyberterrorism, Cyberstalking, Cyberharassment, and/or Cyberbullying. It appears Blackheart Cleveland exists to disrupt the business of REAL COOP and attack REALNEO members personally, to cause personal and financial harm to members. I believe this is illegal.

There are tons of free things to do in Cleveland this summer.  I am particularly excited about all of the live music that can be enjoyed outdoors.
