i have filed several writ of mandamus action in common pleas  court pro-se poverty affidavite

i filed for my secret records kept by the great cleveland police dept,- police complyed-

aLL though there are records that are never released from the super secret files of all police dept. - city etc., goverments -because of non-violent peacefull activist  - truth to power- because of the way the good police infitrate under cover etc.- illegal- civil rights violations-

 only under order of national security are ever released - and why there not released is because of socalled national security- the great judge tim mcginty ordered the city-police to provide my secret records and when i question the records they provided like f.b.i. numbers and other local police records - i requested that the police provide a affidavite that is all the records they have - the good judge ordered them to provide anffidavite - which realy means hardly anything because anyone can lie under oath on an affidavite and its a misdemenor-

i filed for records form the cleveland police dept. of a murder which was the father or motherof special  police investigator of the dallas ,county. texas - who is black - and he wasn't getting any where with infomation from the police even though he was a law enforement officer - it turn out that the finger prints from the crime scene wasn't processed matched with the criminal data base because in the 1980's- 90's the great police had to di it by hand - only one or two police and the cleveland police wasn't hooked up to the f.b.i criminal data base at that time becsuse it cost thousands of dollars-the judge forgot her or his name  in the case i hade to file motion to disquilify because of not getting any files and the city played unfair games - but suddenly the court ordered all records in camera only she he could view - and the court later denied my request because the records are of an unsolved crime murder (i could be the killer)

also i fild a mandamus action aganist the cleveland legal aid society - have the court order them to represent me in housing court- which was denied because legal aid said they are a private non-profit and not a goverment agency - which back fired on legal aid becuse the good judge ray pinaka couldn't order l.a. to represent me although the city had a million dollar contract every year to represent misdemenor criminal case which housing court falls under and the good councilperson joe cimperman questioned lionel jones director at that time of l.a. when they came for their million dollars and joe siad 'do you know guy black why didn't you represent him in housing court"  lionel  whom is a good man - said ' sorry it won't happen again' the city canceled the criminal represention by l.a. and now  the county public defender does it -in the in between i was wired with a video camera and i was in lionels office whcih he shouldn't have seen me - but i was surprised he did and i got legal aid lionel on tape that they don't have to represent anyone they don't want to - my case was abouit manfactured homes in part and the city disobeying federal laws by not allowing m.h. single wide in cleveland and passing an ordinance that was rewitten because of me (see my previous post on realneo.us onthe same) i filed a motion to admitt the video tape of evidence and a typed transcript to judge pianka-

the judge-city had to hire a   private   attorney criminal   thousands         of dollars to repesent me - first time ever in the citys history -

i filed freedom of information and privacy request to many federal law enforcement military c.i.a - f.b.i  - 18 goverment agencies and had to sue in federal court - that a long story and i'm the slowest typist on planet earth-

i did receive many records and i love the secret service as they are the best to comply and the most honest - they even used me under cover to catch a counterfitter of money - which happen to be middle eastern man - this was in the 1970's -
