I LOVE VOTING! DID YOU VOTE IN THE TUESDAY, MAY 8, 2018 OHIO PRIMARY IN CLEVELAND?

I voted in the evening (shortly before 5:00 p.m.) at the V.F.W. (Veterans of Foreign Wars) Post 387 polling station – located on West 140th Street -- slightly north of Lorain Avenue.

In the morning and evening, I passed by the polling station located in Riverside School (a Cleveland Metropolitan (preK-8) School at 14601 Montrose Avenue) – where I am a volunteer teacher –this is my 14th year.

The first two photographs are from outside the school and the last two outside the station where I voted.

As this is the GO CAVS season -- the red, white, and blue GO CAVS sign blended in well with the signs promoting the candidates and the ballot issues.

(So far the Cavs have won the first two rounds of the Eastern Confercnce and are all revved up to play the winners of the Boston & Philadelphia games for the Conference Finals)

It was a beautiful day – and there was no excuse not to vote.

Despite the nice weather – the estimates are that only 25% of the registered voters will be voting.

Have a pleasant week – with no more incessant robo calls and overload of campaign literature for a few months.
