Are you playing dumb? What is with this post? I find this post offensive for several reasons. 1. Please proof read your posts. There are excessive typos in this post. No one is perfect, but this is just inexcusable. Everyone can use a spell check and read and reread their work before posting. If you are not in physical or mental state to do so please refrain from posting until you are. 2. Please don't use bold type or capital letters excessively. It is rude. Consider it shouting at close range and spitting in your reader's face. You and all members of realneo, myself included could beneifit from using a writing style manual (MLA, New York Times, Chicago Manual of Style, their are many others) 3. Please make an effort to post original content. If you are copying or quoting someone else include your own opinion (excluding calendar events). Don't copy another authors' work in its entirety unless it is necessary to preserve the original source you are discussing. 4. Realneo is a place for a wide range of views and topics but all members should hold themselves to a high standard. I know many members spend hours or days crafting their postings whether its art or writing. I don't know where to even start with you, Guy. You have been banned from all other sites, and have been given the same privileges here at realneo as anyone else, yet you show disrespect for fellow posters and for realneo. Your reposting of garbage fills up the site, your overblown, overstated signature takes up space, and your penchant for violence (i.e. the gun image with the "would someone pay me to kill...) and sexual perversion, well, like I said, I don't know where to start.
This does raise the need for content and editorial policies. It should not have to. We are supposed to self moderate, and we are all adults. When I look back at old postings from several years ago, I see well thought out, varied postings, from all perspectives. I have only been at this site for a year, and wow, what a year. From self righteous, ego maniacs attacking at will, to tea party, tear jerking postings, UFOs', etc., to this discussion of atrocious postings..
No one has to time to moderate other adults. I say either grow up, post well and be considerate, or move on before realneo totally nosedives.
