Mayor Jackson comes out to support Councilman Joe Santiago in Ward 14 Race

Submitted by Henry Senyak on Thu, 07/30/2009 - 16:35.

See Henry Gomez's story on Cleveland.com Inside City Hall Section. I personally encourage everyone to call the Mayor's office to inform him that he has backed the wrong horse in the race.

A) Mayor Jackson do you support the perpetuation of known Drug Bars? (Let it be known people are wanting to open up Moda again - Hint Hint)

B) Mayor Jackson do you support the removal of $100,000.00's in Federal HUD dollars out of Ward 14? (Iraq looks better than some areas of Ward 14)

C) Loyalty, is that like Frank Russo and Jimmy Dimora? (Mr. Mayor have you ever taken a contribution from Steve Pumper? How about Rosemary Vinci?)

D) How much money are you going to Funnel to Santiago Mr. Mayor?

E) THE FBI busted your Building and Housing Department on your watch with ties to the Santiago Supported La Copa Nightclub. (Raed Sadik convicted drug trafficker)

F) Please inform the Mayor his support of a underwelming Councilman is a bad political idea. (Sadik sold Heroin to undercover operatives by a School)

G) Ellyse Vega - (Santiago's former deputy Campaign treasurer is back serving time for failing her community control sanctions for drugs)

Please I am not telling you who to support, but vote for anyone but Santiago.

Say no to Drug Taffickers and abusers - say no to Santiago - we need someone NEW

( categories: )

We have to do better

I think its grEAt!

I am so laughing my ass off - what is he thINKing??????

Action Jackson talks a good talk so its sometimes hard to tell if the guy really is intelligent or not -  unless you hear him speak more than once.

THIS - is perfect. It is a determinative moment in Jackson's campaign... sealed MY deal.

who else is running? I haven't really paid attention - I just know who I am NOT voting for (obviously Jackson). Not to be rude, but could we tone down the cintron drum beating (were I still Ward 14 i would not vote for him only because the hyperbole has been so frICKing annoying) and maybe discuss mayoral candidates?

please?

I'm just sayin'....

Ward 14... Jackson...TIME TO CHANGE THE WALL....!!!!

Jackson supporting Santiago?

OH MY GOD.... OKAY...TIME TO OUST THEM BOTH!

IF YOU WANT A MAYORAL DISCUSSION, POST A NEW BLOG AND OPEN THE TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION. THE FOLKS INTERESTED IN THAT WILL SURELY SUPPORT YOUR MISSION.

NOW, YOU'VE SPARKED MY INTEREST AND I THINK THAT I WILL BE REEVALUATING MY CONSIDERATIONS FOR JACKSON TOO.... CORRUPTION AT IT'S BEST!

I GUESS I'LL HAVE TO ADD JACKSON TO MY WALL MURAL?

WHO ARE HIS OPPONENTS AND WHAT'S THE RUN DOWN ON THEM????

WHO'S THE BEST MAYORAL CONTENDER AND WHY?

what is Jackson logic?

Does he think Santiago has the voters in this new ward to beat Cummins?

Is he really "covering both sides" knowing if Santiago wins he's got a councilman in his pocket and if Cummins wins he knows he'll "fall in line" as councilman?

Is he so threatened by Cummins ability to revolt against his 'ol buddies who don't really don't rock the boat (ya' know...reed, zone, sweeney, polensek westbrook...)?

Does he think in another election or two. Cummins will take his job?

Cummins for Mayor

I think that Cummins should have ran a hot campaign against Jackson from the beginning....

Thanks for the link, Henry

The mayor is loyal, and I do think a large part of his endorsement is the fact that Santiago has not been a vocal critic of his. Cummins has. That's politics.

Immorality and corruption

Just part of the club for Mayor Jackson and Joe Santiago....great loyalties...
