Max Eternity - So often it seems there exist this idea in America, that if only one would just "pull themselves up by their bootstraps" that anyone anywhere could create a better life for themselves.  But what happens when one has no "bootstraps" to begin with. 

How can one seize an opportunity, if no real opportunity is availed...does not exist?
