TIM DONOVAN http://www.cleveland.com/mycleveland/index.ssf/2012/04/tim_donovan_helps_to_revive_a.html
Tim Donovan has run the Ohio Canal Corridor for 22 years. Donovan is also an employee for the City of Cleveland - Board of Zoning Appeals.
According to Donovan's Linkedin Summary: QAs director of Ohio Canal Corridor, I have led the organization from a 3-person Board of Directors with a budget of $1,000/year to a non-profit group with an internal budget that surpasses $250,000/annually and whose economic investments in the region have exceeded $250 million.

It is believed that Tim Donovan's combined annual salary (including perks) is nearly $100,000.
The board of zoning appeals is a very important decision making body. Unfortunately the only qualifications for this position appear to be political loyalty.
The same qualifications for director of the Ohio Canal Corridor.
In 2006, Tim Donovan purchased the property located at 3421 Mapledale Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio.
Tim Donovan must have believed that he was above paying property taxes as a perk to his political positions.
NO property taxes have been paid on this property for several years.
Delinquent property taxes owed $ 16,359.18
Two tax liens were sold to tax lien investors:

The tax liens were never paid off, so Aeon Financial foreclosed on Mr. Ohio Canal Corridor / Board of Zoning Appeals ( Tim Donovan ).
On top of not paying property taxes, Tim Donovan was also charged grass cutting fees by the city:
In 2008, Tim Donovan received a housing code citation relative to his property located at 3421 Mapledale.
According to the city's on-line records, Tim Donovan failed to pay his fine / court cost and has an active capias (warrant) for his arrest.
2008 CRB 042938 STATE OF OHIO / CITY OF CLEVELAND -VS- DONOVAN, TIMOTHY
It is a shame that important appointed officials neglect their own properties and contribute to the foreclosure crisis and neighborhood blight.
Tim Donovan's house is now owned by Halon LLC- which is actually Aeon Financial Tax Services in disguise.
Aeon Financial is transferring all of their property to Halon LLC.

Plain Dealer coverage
Executive Director of Towpath Trail organization failed to pay property taxes on home for 8 years
Tim Donovan delinquent water / sewer bill $2433.54
It was recently discovered that Tim Donovan also got away without paying water / sewer bills for a long period of time.
According to the water department, Donovan owes the water department $2433.54.
An average homeowner's water would have been disconnected for a few hundred dollars. This is highly suspicious.

I have made several of your editors and reporters aware of the scandalous (but I know you determine that) irresponsible financial trail that led to Ohio canal corridors illustrious leader who should have and could have finished a simple trail a decade ago.his home was at 3421/mapledale. Certainly councilman Cummins was aware of the legal difficulty at Cleveland muni court where a warrant for his arrest is current. Now this home with tax leins will contribute to our housing crisis.it has been sold again already. I have explained it again and again to editors and reporters... The facts are easily acquired including the housing court case...I don't know what he was cited for. No red flags went up. Hard to believe as the board of zoning appeals is a very important decision making body. Are the only qualifications political loyalty? Good leadership choice by those in charge
That the towpath was not finished a decade ago is scandalous but the current alleged expense is absurdly high. For years the big impediment was the horrible radioactivity at harshaw chemical... It was a pretext for delay as the army corps of engineering report clearly stated.
So why is it so hard to mention in your paper the clearly available public records as to how important appointed officials neglect their own properties? More bizarre is that Mr Donavon makes 82000$ at Ohio canal corridor with a whole bunch of perks..lots of them..as the home is a 2/family must be some rental income3-4000 probably... And his pay from the city. In total over 100000$ year and he wouldn't pay just 1700$ a year in taxes or avoid having the city cut his grass...has too be nearly 2/ft tall before they do that and attach it to your tax bill. House will probably end up in the crooked land bank of Gus frangos whom you wish to intrust with 50 million dollars. All the info you need can be acquired by Google the following "Gus frangos fraud Quinn" why Quinn you may ask...because it is a company owned by Gus frangos that violates every law.look also at how they give homes to there buddies especially "Cleveland bricks".
I can be reached at 2163551624 if you have any questions.
I have been patient expecting to see this great story in print for quite some time now...couple weeks should be way more than necessary.
Could have been done in 2/ hours as the public records are so easily accessible. I know you have to check the facts and all.
Again regarding Gus frangos... And your name sir , is his thieving company Quinn court llc.
It may not seem like much but together you have endorsed giving these crooked leaders disposition of over 100 million public dollars.
So please give this a little thought.... I know it's only 100 millions odd dollars but we are a poor region and it would be nice if they spent intelligently for a change. One last thought as this is the Xmas season and some folks feel more charitable this time of year. Regarding the theiving Land bank conspiracy I hope you are no longer protecting, your paper referred to the gold standard of reuse. Never once was that explained. The gold standard is placing homeless people in the abandoned homes....not giving them to buddies for nothing who immediately flip them. When you see those people on the street... Imagine them homeowners.
Plesa do something... Facts easily checked

Adding Henry Senyak's- Bruckman, Donovan, Cummins, Santiago...
Henry Senyak wrote: Don't forget the Abe Bruckman tie in to this, Abe took the proprietary plan for West 25th street that was property of Clark-Metro CDC when he was fired there. He took it to Ohio City Near West because Councilman Santiago wanted him to take someones elses property. Then grant moneys and CDBG money via Santiago is funneled through Tim Donavan's organization to pay off Bruckman for his deed. (Legally it was so Abe could finish the plan and pay all the time he was finishing the plan as a consultant). The courts granted the plan as property to Tim Donovan, then he gave it to Santiago and OCNW. 15 months later OCNW fired Abe Bruckman for lack of perfoming his duties. Then Santiago gets CMHA to buy the Bruckman houshold in the same residential neighborhood for a inflated price so the Bruckman's can move to suburbia, the house was on the market for a sustained period of time. All while the scanky Democratic party allowed this to happen and they were all precinct committee people under Lipovan and Gorden. The only guy that went to jail was the CMHA head. Santiago was moved by the Fed's to Florida
Tim Donovan's court cost paid 12/30/14
