CLEVELAND, Ohio -- A 54-year-old Cleveland man who spent a year in jail for manslaughter as a teenager was sentenced to more than six years in prison Thursday for trying to arrange a murder-for-hire.

Ricky Aldridge asked a friend to kill a neighbor in exchange for a blue pickup truck. He did not know his friend was an FBI informant wearing a wire and helping to investigate three acts of arson that had occurred along West 12th Street.

One of the deliberately set fires was to the home of Cleveland Councilman Joe Cimperman

  1. aldridge back story -  was the no.1 cocaine dealer in tremont - arsoned black folks he thought was is his competion as he lived on west 12th and they lived on west 12th as joe cimperman lived on west 12th and joe was colatarol damage as joe started the anti racist arson anti-crime marches from tremont to west 12th as we marched a few hundred citizens the mayor com. sulzer and many other police etc.- media stories - aldridge drugged and false power may have thought he could murder joe and his family like he attempted to murder the black familys while they were sleeping in their beds-
  2. as yogi and me was doing are anti-crime networking at lincoln park and taking video of aldridge as he drove by in his hot rod model t ford which we sent to coiieen reali the county prosecutor assigned to tremont and others and voice messages - aldridge evidently got the word about us and would drive by us at the park and rave his powererfull loud  engine as to frighten intimidate us - little did he know that was what we wanted him to do - like catania and others - bring the haters and criminals out into the lite - as we are the  decoy socalled under cover police acting like we are very vunerable and drunk or sick so the preditors could rob or attempt to kill us etc.-
  3. evidently the murder for hire was the only thing they could prove - as aldridge was very street wise and spent time in prison for selling drugs also years ago - he was kept incarcerated without bond as a danger - and no confession no proof - may he learn it is better to live by the golden rule-

It doesn't sound like he was an arson suspect... he just tried to hire someone for murder who happened to be an informant involved in the arson investigation...

The arsonist(s) is/are still on the loose
