RE: tax liens -Political friends get preferential treatment ???
We know that Tim Donovan did not pay his taxes and got away with it - and TJ Dow, too - until reported by the media. So, how many City of Cleveland employees and politically connected folks get away with not paying their taxes, while others, like Freddie Doe lose their homes???
Mitchell Paul (who had his own experience with a lien and delinquent taxes due to hardship) brought to my attention - that another city employee is apparently not getting cashed in by Plymouth Park Tax Services who "bought" the lien on her property. I am not posting her name - because I have asked Cuyahoga County Fiscal Officer Dennis Kennedy for clarification on the case.
