Green Energy Ohio (GEO) and the City of Cuyahoga Falls will sponsor a free workshop entitled Lower Your Bills With Energy Efficiency.  The City of Cuyahoga Falls is a model municipality for the state, encouraging energy efficiency in individual homes and powering several bus shelters on solar electricity.

Aaron Godwin of the Renaissance Group, an appropriate technology consulting think-tank, will walk participants through simple things they can do to cut their energy costs year-round.  The workshop will be held at Quirk Cultural Center, 1201 Grant Street, in Cuyahoga Falls.  The event open to the public and registration is not required.

Contact us at 216.526.5545 for more information about the workshop.  If you can’t join us, be sure to download the Rocky Mountain Institute’s Energy Efficiency Checklist under Resources on the GEO homepage.  Watch for more of GEO’s energy efficiency tips in the Cleveland Plain Dealer Homes section in January!
