Other proposed legislation is to seek a state law that precludes county prosecutors and law directors that bring criminal charges against the community before Ohio trial court judges from representing them in affiliated proceeding against the judges, like affidavits of prejudice. Also, the grassroots group seeks a state law as to foreclosures reform, namely the right for homeowners facing a foreclosure sheriff's sale to submit certified home apppraisals just like appraisals from appraiisers assigned by the sheriff  that sometimes reveal  deflated sale values for foreclosed home sales  so morgage companies, banks and others can buy them at illegally reduced prices and then slap the former homeowner with the bill.
