"What is poverty, what causes it, why do the patterns we see persist, what interventions really make a difference, and which do not? Dr. Coulton has studied these questions in our Cleveland community for many decades and has better knowledge about these questions than most people in most cities. This will be a rare opportunity to really get to learn something substantive about poverty in our community. You will learn something you will never forget; that has been my experience every time I hear Dr. Coulton speak."
