CMSD owns condemned property next to Denison School

A reminder to everyone that Mayor Frank Jackson administers the City of Cleveland AND Cleveland Metropolitan School District. The District has been playing real estate politics with the properties adjacent to the CMSD Denison building. Brian Cummins has been fully aware of this property for over 9 years - Tony Brancatelli has the gerrymandered Ward 12 across the street. The District should not be buying properties and should never have bought this building- paying $29,000 in 2008 for the house at 3206 Denison that sold for $75,000 in 2006. Cummins is fully aware that this school sits in a federally designated historic district - he doesn't mention it in the interview:

Brian Cummins says he is going to "ride" the District to demolish the building.  Like he has been "riding" them for the past 9 years?

Brian Cummins and Tony Brancatelli ignored 3206 Denison owned by Cleveland Metropolitan School District for over 9 years - it took Joe Pagonakis to get some action on the property when violent squatters took up residence right next to CMSD Denison school property - the vacant property is OWNED by CMSD - Frank Jackson and his cronies (which now include Brian Cummins) evidently did not learn their lesson from http://www.cleveland.com/…/cleveland_teen_alianna_defreez.h…
