For coming to work high or intoxicated ...very hush, hush.  South Pointe is not that old, has cracked tiles in many units and faulty windows...typical standards for "Emerald Alliance."

Only the residents are allowed to smoke crack and shoot up in the building without consequences. The "security guard" should have known better
