Prosecutor William (Bill) Mason led a taxpayer funded million dollar study for jobs and growth in Cuyahoga County.  The study was done by a "Task Force" of appointees who really knew about wind. 

 

The public meetings were held in Lawyers Offices in private downtown office buildings.   Lunch was served. 

 

Mr. Mason took a research/promo trip or two – one to Europe, one to Chitown – to get into the lake wind groove.
