Sadly, a another child has disappeared in NEO--and an AMBER alert is not warranted, because the girl has been deemed a runaway. If you can help with any information, please call Cleveland Police at 911.

Missing Child: HOPE PAPP has been found....

She is home safe with her family....

 

It is so frustrating that they were unable to do an "AMBER ALERT" because of "ANY" reason. A missing child at any level deserves immediate attention. God Bless her family. Tears of relief fell from my eyes as I heard her mom say that she was found and is alive and well with her family.
