Stanford linear accelerator pointing at Palo Alto suicide cluster? conspiracy theory on steroids

The CDC has recently sent a team of investigators to Palo Alto, California to collect data about the rash of youth suicides that have taken place over the last few years in Palo Alto.  Here is a link to a number of artlcles on the subject.

The Stanford linear accelerator can be seen in the lower left hand corner of the aerial image above.   The target end of the accelerator is at the east (right hand) end.

Earlier unknown particles - like the J/ψ (J/Psi) meson or psion have been discovered at the accelerator lab.

Other experiments like PEP II involved particle "storage rings" 1.4 miles in circumference - the following text is from wikipedia

"PEP-II

From 1999 to 2008, the main purpose of the linear accelerator was to inject electrons and positrons into the PEP-II accelerator, an electron-positron collider with a pair of storage rings 1.4 miles (2.2 km) in circumference. PEP-II was host to the BaBar experiment, one of the so-called B-Factory experiments studying charge-parity symmetry."

The target end of the accelerator has lots of dense stuff like lead and iron from WWII battleships as backstops for the particles - but - could there be particles tthat science is still unaware of which radiate from this source and affect young (similar to blood lead poisoning) peoples' minds causing depression and suicidal thought?

Way out there I recognize, but not every community has a linear accelerator pointing at it's heart!
