Tremont West Receives Community Impact Award Today!

Thank you to Dominion East Ohio and Inside Business for recognizing the good work of Tremont West this afternoon for creating, not only new parking facility for the Professor Avenue Business District, but for urging its partners of the project to do it responsibly.  The Tremont Parking and Bioretention Area, designed by landscape architect, Katherine Gluntz Holmok, captures rainwater runoff, treats it naturally and prevents contaminants from entering the sewer system.  Thank you also to Tremont West partners who made this project possible: Neighborhood Progress Inc., Tremont Place Lofts, Tom Bell, City of Cleveland's Office of Sustainability, URS and the many volunteers who assisted in the planting of the site.

Please visit Inside Business online to read more about this project.
