Cheese, chocolate, wine and mushrooms have long been part of the human diet. Join the Museum on an exploration of the natural history of each of these. The Natural History of Cheese

For more than 4,000 years, people have practiced the art and science of cheese making. Join a cheese expert from Sammy's for a cocktail reception. Then enjoy a seven-course dinner that highlights some of the world's greatest cheeses, paired with appropriate wines. Classical music performed by students from the Cleveland Institute of Music accompanies this one-of-a-kind occasion. $150 per person.
