The Women’s Leadership Conference, organized by the YWCA Greater Cleveland, is designed to help women gain a competitive edge for both career development and life innovation, to keep talented women on the path to success. The conference is for women in any stage of their career – from junior management to senior executive, for those seeking a new position, a new career, or attending school. Attendees will discover tools and techniques to confidently build their own distinct styles of management from national speakers recognized as authorities on women’s empowerment and leadership.
