The Plain Dealer reported yesterday that there is enough empty office space along E. 9th to fill the Terminal Tower 3 and a half times!!!  That street once was alive with white collar workers.  How many realneoans even remember Jean's Fun House, the cafeteria, when shopping downtown meant something?  Maybe it is easier to stay in NYC....too, too, sad.
