Spring has sprung, and it feels so goodSubmitted by Norm Roulet on Tue, 04/03/2007 - 12:57.
One important benefit of the cold, grey, dismal NEO Winters is that they are followed by Spring, when the many flowering trees across the region explode with beauty and color - like this spectacular work of art found on MLK Boulevard at the Ukranian Cultural Garden.

Rebirth Recreate
Thank you for the virtual sunlight. Visit the Cultural Gardens and find tranquility. This area spells verboten to so many people, but it is not some scary place. Lois Moss wants people to realize the potential with Walk and Roll Cleveland events in the park http://www.walkandrollcleveland.com/. Make the trip. It's worth it! Pack a picnic lunch and hit the Greenhouse, my personal favorite garden spot in Cleveland.
Big fan of Rockefeller Greenhouse and area
I love the Greenhouse - what a beautiful place and cool complex - here's their website. I also think the Walk and Roll is an excellent program - we'll certainly post about that here. Cultural Gardens are awesome - I plan to photograph all of them this spring and summer - took lots over the winter. Today's pan has the Ukrainian Garden in the header, which you can see here.
