This beautiful antique Christmas postcard was delivered to my home today, July 1, 2013.

The original postmark is dated December 25, 1913:

The sender of the postcard, Lenka Clayton, c/o MOCA  11400 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, OH  44106, is an artist for the Museum of Contemporary Art ( MOCA) .

This old post card was one of 100 pre-written & received postcards that were restamped and returned to their original recipients by Lenka Clayton as part of her art project.

Out of the 100 pre-written and received postcards that were returned to their original recipients, I am most fortunate to have received TWO of the postcards:

The first postcard that I received was on June 12, 2013 and postmarked March 25, 1914:

It was a real treat when I received the first antique postcard nearly 100 years after the postmark date.

And to be lucky enough to receive a second postcard that was also delivered nearly 100 years after the postmark date is SUPER COOL!

100 postcards were mailed,,,,,,,, and I got TWO of the cards.

Merry Christmas to ME!
