  again the above vehicle was located on jefferson ave, in front of the side door of fahrenheit resturant Rocco Whalen on jefferson ave. cleveland, ohio 44113 over the week end around the corner from 2417 Professor Avenue the front entrance were the same vehicle is located in this photo by jerleen - rocco whalen was ordered by law enforcement to move this vehicle over one year ago when jerleen advocated to save tremont residents from being killed or injured if a car hits the propane tanks and or a terroist uses the propane to explode and again jerleen has requested commander sulzer to order the vehicle moved and not to be brought back - see email below - eveidently rocco whalen is above the law because no punishment is given for braking the law - i hope whalen isn't like his good friend sammy catania and does an assault criminal act and gets prosecuted - and the vehicle blows up and causes an assault injury death - whalen is gulity of menacing when said vehicle is illegaly an accident or intent waiting to happen-

Diplomatic & Considerate way of addressing this issue...
Great letter, Jerleen... Too bad all those "Citizens" who live in fear of retaliation cannot write their own diplomatic and considerate emails to the commander and publicly share them without feeling afraid of the retaliation.... God Bless You for your VOICE for all of the citizens!

The commander promptly responded to the e-mail with: "I'll take care of it."
He's such a "DIPLOMATIC COMMANDER!"
I think highly of Commander Sulzer considering years of corruption before him... It's really nice to see him involved and proactively making a positive difference.... I'll pray for him and you all too!

What are you talking about? Yes, the current commander is good and responsive. THe commandeers before him were also. I worked with Baeppler then those that followed him to the current commander. I never saw corruption. I did not agree with everything but that is not corrupt.
Just b/c YOU did not see it...doesn't mean it wasn't there...
My God, I didn't see Frank Russo commit any crimes either...but the FBI got the evidence that convicted him! Perhaps when we have the blinders on...we aren't going to see very much. I guess that's b/c these guys treat you nice and appropriately react to "YOUR" concerns- that you find their work acceptable and respectable...
I HAVE ALREADY BEEN WARNED BY THE POLICE to "BE CAREFUL" about what I say & do regarding the Whistelblowing of LOCAL CORRUPTION...as more PLAYERS IN CORRUPTION ARE ON THE STREETS THAN IN JAIL...
If you have not experienced it firsthand, then you are blessed. I wish I could say the same.

Sooner or later...blessed or not blessed...just a little at a time...or all at once. It is like "getting your teeth pulled. .One at a time or all at once. Everyone gets "caught" in their own game. Some people like to play...Some like to watch. Some close their eyes....Some open their eyes...and Some have to put on their sun glasses ...cuz, the Truth blinds them...there are Martyrs...there are Saints and there are Demons. There are Users ...there are Use'es... There are Pretenders...and there are those that, are for "Real".... Words are Words...but, in Cuyahoga County...We have all been fooled...but, corruption, collusion, crime...all led to Fame for all those, before, they got caught....or are WAITING their TURN to get caught...(and keep in mind, that, the ones"waiting" can't sleep good at night). "Justice" WILL prevail "Unjustice"...the longer it takes...the better the END will be. They can run, but, they can't hide. There is no need to argue or disagree; the "ones" who don't want to see, to believe, the Truth of this matter...just can't accept, the fact, that, they have been fooled for all this time; some still playing the game, or rooting for them playing the game. It doesn't mean they are a fool...they have just been caught in all the corruption and collusion....We have to keep Activating, so the Truth will be revealed. We may all be quite surprised, Who are "behind the doors".

Should we label Second District prior to Sulzer as "corrupt." Not necessarily. But, I could use the following adjectives freely:Complacent, Sloppy, Incompetent...Bloated...
Commander Sulzer has been responsive and compassionate. He has ideals. I am grateful for his leadership in our neighborhood.

collusion, corrupt, corruption, ethic violations. Could other words be substituted? The constant use of these words remind me of people who use the "f&%k' and "m-f&%k" words because it is easier than finding the true language to describe a situation.
