ryan c. heffernan 756 brayton that menaced etc. me was arrested for DISORDERLY CONDUCT INTOXICATION - MM - found guilty - months later - files motion to vacate - denied - files motion not guilty - judge shops - case dismissed for want of prosecution - his father etc. is attorney - influential - for years this is one of the type  thats used to harm me - some enities will do anything illegal to get me out of tremont and or prevent me from telling-doing truth to power and you great  police heros are caught in the middle  - also ryan c. heffernan was sued in court by the state of ohio for not paying his taxes and a judgement lien - heffernan didn't show in court - also heffernan was sued twice in court for not paying his consumer debt of $13,420.18 and ? - see below copy of court documents
