If a dog is a police officer as is stated in the recent White House fence jumping event ( don't get me started - ) then what about the chimp issue?

Here is Tommy, a 26 year old chimpanzee, who is confined to this metal cage.

If a canine is a police officer, then a chimpanzee must be human too.

It is important for Tommy's legal team to introduce to the Judge the status - humans -  of the White House canine folks.   One thing the law doesn't like is dissynchronisity (sp?) between venues.   Logic abhors hypocrisy - and should.

Something to think about and consider.  

Incidentally, I believe plants and bacteria have feelings too. And I will demonstrate that fact.
