scott please relate to the city div. of licenses and i will also contact them and the mayors action line and drop a note off to frank jackson, mayors  home and call frank also at his home and if any one wants the number email me and joe cimperman and others including the american civil liberties union -

that quest, ministries and st. augustines and maybe others  - we are religious spiritual faith based church organizations and don't by law have to apply or have to provide a irs tax 501 c3 letter -  to be tax exempt -

and if the license dept. doesn't issuse quest,  ministries a food permit like it has for the last nine years - quest will file a class action legal complaint aganist  cleveland et. al.- for damages - civil rights violations - american religious act etc. -

Hi,   The City's Division of Licenses and Assessments is insisting on a copy of your IRS Tax 501 (c) (3) letter only to accompany your application for a food permit (note: please do not submit the Blanket exemption form with the State of Ohio - the City will not accept that document). They would not accept non-profit permit applications without the accompanying IRS letter.   I appealed this decision up the chain of authority - but they remain insistent.   Please FAX - 216.771.8030 - or e-mail - tremont701 [at] yahoo [dot] com">tremont701 [at] yahoo [dot] com your IRS 501 (c) (3) letter to me ASAP so that I may turn these permits apps in promptly.   I'm sorry for any inconvenience - but this is what I was told over and over today that I must have.   If you have any questions about this City mandated procedure, you can contact the Division of Licenses and Assessments at 216.664.2260 or Inspector Joyce Macon of the Dept. of Public Health at 216.664.4599   Thanks for your cooperation and prompt response!
