REALNEO changes web hostsSubmitted by Jeff Schuler on Mon, 05/18/2009 - 03:08.
Tonight, REALNEO moved to a new web host. If you see the location of the site as "http://linode.realneo.us", don't worry: you've got the same site, it just means that you're still being redirected through the old address. Domain name changes take time to propagate through the net, and the updates haven't yet reached your computer. (You can try clearing your DNS cache, if you're anxious, but it'll eventually pass.) If you see the normal URL, great. Please let us know about functionality or performance issues: use the site contact form, leave a comment here, or contact me directly. REALNEO enjoyed quite some time with Bryght, our previous host. I haven't been here since the beginning, (like they have,) but I've had plenty of interaction with them that I'm appreciative for, and I'm disappointed that they're closing their doors. Our new hosting setup is less of a managed solution, which will allow us to get [a little] more bang for [a little less] buck. We still need help carrying these costs. If you enjoy this site, please consider donating to help keep REALNEO going.

Thanks for Shifting Servers Jeff S.
And also thanks for knowing how.
ditto
It is so good to know that someone knows what to do to keep realNEO alive, online and alert. Do we now pay someone else? Can we - do we need to set up a bank draw for Linode? Thanks and please advise.
bank draw
Yes, my credit card is currently on the Linode account.
Can I set it up with the REAL.coop debit card, then? It'll be auto-deducted monthly...
please go ahead and do that
If you have all the data, please set up the real.coop bank account to pay the server costs. Thanks for all you do, Jeff.
Great work Jeff S
Running great!
Thanks!
Onward and upward.
Next up, as I see it:
