beck center possibilitiesSubmitted by ignatz on Fri, 11/10/2006 - 21:27.
Thanx for everyone's concern! I have been fighting an uphill battle to keep this place intact, and find a good use. Mr. Gill's article was very informative, but much more to be said. A BeckCenter presence would be fine, but other options always considered. I had never intended to develop it myself , but find an interested party. The city of Lakewood had recently done the study for revitalization of this area - and Beck would be a nice fit - in the meantime, just trying to keep the apts. livable, and pay the bills. Any ideas always welcomed! bob d. bobtheatre [at] aol [dot] com

I'd love to check out the facilities
We should arrange for a group of development thinkers to do a walk-through so we know what you have on your hands - I'll do a full write up and photograph so more info is available. I can think of a dozen people who should see the place and will have ideas. Let's folow-up!

Might be a good idea. I can be reached at 216-227-0040- would need to know who would be attending. I know Mr. Gill from the Free Times wants to see it again. bob d.
